Festival Overview
UN Tourism and the Ministry of Tourism of the Democratic Republic of Congo are organizing this revolutionary festival to highlight the essential role of music as a driver of travel, cultural exchanges and economic development, in line with the priorities of the UN Tourism Action Programme for Africa "Tourism and inclusive growth".
This Festival, through its round tables, rhythmic performances and immersive experiences, will provide a privileged framework for enriching and transformative exchanges. By recognizing historical links and inter-continental synergies, particularly between Africa and the Americas, this major event will be decisive in promoting the integration of music into tourism offerings and encouraging sustainable economic opportunities.
